Company Trip & Team Building 2022 – Discover the pearl island of Phu Quoc
On October 12-15, 2022, Southern Vision Investment Joint Stock Company (SVI Group) successfully organized the Company Trip combined with Team Building in Phu Quoc Pearl Island according to the annual tourism activities. After a year of absence due to the epidemic, the company trip of SVI Group has returned with the joy and anticipation of all members.
With many interesting destinations, Company Trip 2022 has helped SVI members have moments of relaxation, together to explore one of the most beautiful islands in Vietnam known as Pearl Island – Phu Quoc. More than a trip, this is also a journey of cohesion and understanding, helping members regenerate energy after a hard work.

Landed to Phu Quoc airport on the morning, October 12, 2022
On the morning of October 12, SVI members gathered and moved to Tan Son Nhat airport to take a flight to Phu Quoc airport. Then move to Dinh Cau, a very famous place in Phu Quoc, where members will visit and burn incense to pray for peace and convenience for the upcoming work.
After visiting Dinh Cau, all continued to move and visit the “Unsleep City” – Grand World Phu Quoc, with the unique design of the blocks here, everyone had the opportunity to freely check-in and take beautiful pictures here.
Coming to Phu Quoc, it is impossible to ignore two famous special areas of Vin that are Vin Safari and Vin Wonders. The first is Vin Safari, where members can see and know more about wild animals not only in Vietnam but also species in other countries around the world. Bird circus, visiting wild zoo, … hear explanations about rare animals here. Vin Safari attractions are like a picnic in the forest, helping members gain more knowledge around, receive positive energy, fresh air and thereby raise the awareness of protecting the natural environment.. .
Continue moving to Vin Wonder – The largest theme park in Vietnam, the park is divided into 6 large zones including – European Boulevard – Magic World – Mysterious Village – Neptune Palace – World of Adventure – World of Tornadoes, all had an afternoon to explore and have fun in all above areas. In addition, in the evening, you can see the castle of light along with a beautiful water light show.
With the beginning purpose, this is a relaxing trip for the members, in addition, the Organizing Committee also organizes Team Building to both create a playground to connect members in company, and help everyone have beautiful memories and images, continue to unite and fight for the next goals. To show the spirit of solidarity, overcome difficulties and challenges together, fight with opponents, all will be divided into 3 teams to play games to find out the winning team and award prizes on the Gala night. All members were very excited, divided the team and together create their own strategies to get best results, follwing the spirit of the Organizing Committee.
Here is the start of the program, teammates will massage each other’s shoulders, this helps all members laugh together, erase all distances and understand each other better.
The teams had unique dances and checked-in with the backdrop prepared by the Organizing Committee to save the memories.
Next are the games that require members combine and work together to overcome the challenge. Simple games, regardless of players, make everyone more equal and more connected.
Solidarity, enthusiasm and the spirit of not being afraid of challenges are the keys to help SVI members complete the Team Building game easily.
And finally, the collective check-in and the shirt-toss dance, ending the meaningful and fun Team Building session.
Indispensable in the tour is the Gala Night program with the theme “Night of Reunion”, held outdoors, near the hotel swimming pool where the team is residing. After an energetic afternoon, the evening Gala dinner everyone will have the opportunity to sit together, eat, share stories with each other and especially award prizes to the winning teams.
Although the Gala party took place outdoors, the atmosphere was very cozy and intimate.
The Company Trip 4 days 3 nights journey ended with a lot of fun and emotions. The trip has bonded, increased solidarity among the members, helped you relax… so that the fire of enthusiasm is always burning. Understanding the concern of the company, all members of SVI Group are more determined and try their best in work to promote to new successes.
