September 2014 was recognized as the investor of Saigon Newport Complex project in Ward 22, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City (Vinhomes Central Park)

2015

Comprehensive cooperation with Vin Group Joint Stock Company (Vingroup) to invest and develop the complex urban area Vinhomes Central Park

2018

Complete the transfer of Tan Lien Phat Company to Vingroup after the Vinhomes Central Park project completes its investment and goes into effective operation.

2019

Established Phuong Nam Vision Investment Joint Stock Company (SVI Group), formerly known as Tan Lien Phat Construction Investment Joint Stock Company and Dong Hai Investment and Development Joint Stock Company with outstanding projects Vinhome Central Park , S1 Building, Cu Hin Marina, … along with the journey of continuous development, non-stop innovation and creativity combined with experience and resources from leaders and employees of Tan Lien Phat Company is the foundation. firmly helps SVI always be ready and confident with the projects as well as the set goals, towards multi-field investment, focusing on real estate investment and business.
